Dosa / Idli Chutney (Tamil Style)


Ingredients

1. Half of a coconut(Medium size)
2. Three or two green chilies
3. Two tablespoon of fried gram (Pottu Kadala)
4. Half a teaspoon salt
5. Water as necessary to make a smooth paste.

Saute mustard, urad dal and curry leaves in a little bit oil . Add water and mix teh ground paste into this. Check for salt and boil for a few minutes. Serve !
